He walked in and asked for 75k and they gave it to him. I don't see where he committed a crime.

Right up to the point where he drove that car where the cameras could probably pick up his plates.

Perfect crime if he is from out of town and stole the car he used.

Anybody else pulling for him to get away with it?

I kind of hope he does. There's no way one of these employees isn't in on it. At least I hope so. If not, these employees need to be sterilized

First thing I thought was, "well, he won." He did have on a vest and side-arm as part of the disguise but it was all probably all fake.
