Don't y'all realize that two people can be wrong in a situation? The black guy was stupid for resisting arrest. That's a given.
The cops were wrong for using unnecessary force, and using a chokehold that is ILLEGAL.
The guy was being a dumbass, but he didn't deserve to die. The people that think the cops hold zero accountability, are the reason things aren't getting any better.
Get the cop dick out of your mouth. Anyone with a high amount of authority, needs to be constantly analyzed to make sure they aren't abusing said authority.

You nailed it, "once they make up their mind they are going to do whatever it takes", rather than use what little intelligence they seem to possess to make the determination that things are not going well, and we should change tactics before someone dies.
