Man crushed on forklift Baton Rouge Updated victim

we had a tech get killed a month ago in texas by a forklift. had the cylinder raised and was working underneath. cylinder failed and mast came down.

Interior/Exterior is based in NOLA and has over 20 locations and sells Drywall, Plaster, Roofing, etc. but not sure if it was a warehouse associated with them or not (at least the way the article reads).
