Sad news about the work-related fatality.
I was at a NSC seminar last month where one of the speakers said that there are seven total workplace fatalities per day in the U.S.
My experience has been that the use of Forklifts is to be avoided if possible and minimized where ever practical.
The physics involved with the use of them are mostly all bad.

My prayers go out to this man's family.
I own 4 hardware stores with building material yards.
As a partner a forklift accident like this could easily happen at my business. No matter what safety programs you put in place reality is all it takes is one mistake for something like this to happen.
