For those of us baws that know this guy, I'm not sure how I feel about a late report on this rape. I mean, it was reported 3 months after it allegedly happened.
I don't know Devin's TD handle; who does?
I'm curious the OT's thoughts on this.

I don't like the girls story one bit. These allegations tend to be consistent in that the female manages to remember the single aspect that makes it a crime. I have seen other stories that read amazingly the same: I was passed out, woke up and told him to stop, passed back out and don't remember anything else. I think these girls are coached on these stories. She remembers just enough to make it a crime but nothing that would mitigate his behavior because she "can't remember" that stuff.

The comments I read named the girl and several people said her and a few friends joked about calling rape on guys they regretted having sex with. Her story doesn't seem legit at all.

Since they are able to drag the accused's name through the mud with ZERO evidence, the accuser should be public as well,

I don't really give a shite about this story or BR for that matter. I don't think Baton Rouge is remotely as bad as perceived, but it sure as hell isn't a great city

I don't even need to see you to know you hung out in the quad and laid down on a blanket on the parade grounds.
Do you ever wonder why none of the "frattie" looking guys are ever dating the hippies and the ugly girls you associate with? It's because they're usually too busy dating the girls you find reasons to dislike because they won't give you the time of day.
Your ability to profile at 90% accuracy is because you just look for someone who is cooler than you with a much better looking girl and you start feeling insecure.

I was an adult when I went back to college after the Marines so, no, I didn't hang out anywhere but the engineering dept and chemistry labs. I stand by my assessment of this creep until proven otherwise.
