When it flooded in the NOLA area in 1995, my friend who lived a few blocks away and I showed up to school bc we didn’t know they were closed

It’s been dry where I am for a couple hours.
For some reason the area around Ursuline is having trouble draining and that’s where they’re currently doing a lot of work
