Good news, your dick will be 6 inches longer. Bad news, it won’t work anymore.

Did you hurt it in a big truck accident? LSU needs more NIL money.

I saw a movie about a guy who had that procedure done at high elevation. Supposed to be better for recovery. Check out Brokeback Mountain.

I had it done Dec 21 on my L4. They rolled me back at 9 am and I was in the car at noon. The first week I just took it easy. Watched a lot of bowl games. The sciatic pain was off and on. They gave my a steroid for a week and I started walking a lot. Got up to 3 miles quickly. I walk every day. I wish I had done it long ago. I feel 15 years younger. I’m not 100% cured but feel 95% cured. Just don’t try and do too much too soon.

I know nothing about it, but I had a micro discectomy in 2007. Woke up with sciatic pain gone. The only time I've had issues since is when I've put on too much weight. As long as I stay in my normal bmi range I'm good. Hoping you wake up with relief. If you do, get your weight in check if it isn't already.

My pops just had it done 10 days after a way worse upper neck surgery. He has had four neck/back surgeries in the last four years and the laminectomy was the easiest to handle. I am just trying to say, I think your recovery is going to be relatively speedy and you probably won't be half-paralyzed for two months like some other fusion surgeries. Hang in there, bro.

I’m in spine surgery every day. Lami is what you hope for in spine surgery outside of a microdisc.

Kelly Skrantz did mine. Got me back to 85%. You will never completely recover. Expect episodic back pain for a couple years.

Advice? Strengthen lower back muscles. I started playing golf again 4 yes post-op and within 2 years regular back pain was gone. Still get sore easily but none is this is the same pain I had pre-surgery.

L4 and L5 laminectomy last February.
Recovery was horrible.
Zero back pain or issues since then.

He’s mostly harmless.

Our world here is better with him than without him.
