LSU student requires four staples after being cup-bombed at Bama game (pic)

Guidry said he was hit by the projectile, which he believed to be a plastic cup, after the fourth quarter fumble recovery by LSU.
“I noticed my head was bleeding, and someone around me went and got the first aid people and they came up to where I was sitting to look at it,” Guidry said
“They cleaned it off and took a closer look at it. From there, they told me I would need stitches in the wound to close it up,” Guidry said. “They told me I had to go to a hospital to get that done.”

It is pretty stupid, especially the assholes that throw closed water bottles. I sit close to the top of the student section now, so it's not as bad, but as soon as that shite starts happening I turn around and look up to avoid getting hit.

It's an idiot who throws things down from the upper part of the stadium. My brother was hit a few years ago by a cup throw from the upper part of the south end zone. But how its done isn't hard to figure out.
A cup that has ice in it, or is half full of liquid and thrown underhanded while using the thumb, and outside of the forefinger in a pinching technique on the lip of the cup. the room for doing this would almost have to come from an aisle, as proper follow through which allows the bottom of the cup to remain in a forward travel, and not spilling the contents until it makes contact.
