When I got to Jefferson Terrace Elem this morning there the state police chopper was circling the area. About 5 minutes after I got there, they announced on the intercom that they were going into lockdown. I tried to hurry up and leave but they had already locked the gates. The principal told us they got a call from the Sheriff dept that there was a man spotted walking through the area with a rifle and they had not been able to locate him. Not too long after they lifted the lockdown so I assume they located him.
