Cops were all over in that shopping center by Izzo's at about 8:45 this morning. Saw a couple of units fanned out in the neighborhood behind the shopping center like they were looking for someone.

Report of a man walking around the neighborhood with a rifle. I have a crew at Jefferson Terrace Elem and went to check on their progress and got locked in the school when they went on lock down. Evidently they caught the guy because they just let me leave.
