Most know me from posts about our daughter. We started a business to raise awareness and what not. Our names gotten out enough that I’m pulling myself too thin. Looking for sales. Where’s the go to place to list? Indeed? LinkedIn?

Hiring for the awareness business? Or hiring for your primary business so you can better focus on the new one? No offense, it’s confusing what you are saying. No idea if you already have a business or of its for the new one.

Take all the salary positions of the non-profit, hire them at a for-profit company you own and then outsource your workforce to the non-profit company. Next, do the same thing with capital and lease back to non-profit. Make sure to get 3 bids for everything though and write out the justifications so they can’t be challenged.
