I don't see the downside in the guy auditing people in positions of authority. Its good practice for them to show restraint, and not violate people's rights just because they get their feelings hurt.

You can't make a policy that takes away someone's rights in a public. That sign is akin to "No talking" in a public park. It's unenforceable.
Edit: He contacted me through FB messenger wanting to come down here and go after the chief after my video of him accusing Kiran Chawla of having no credibility.
