So he's intentionally antagonizing police officers to get a reaction out of them.

Yes. And then wasting everyone's time for his own profit.

As if police don't have enough to deal with this assclown wants to purposefully get as close to breaking the law as possible, and antagonize the officers, and then argue about the specifics of the law like recording policy in court houses vs court rooms.

What does that do for the public good?

It’s amazing how idiotic cops act when they dont understand the law and know they are being filmed. He can be a condescending arse but he stays on the correct side of the law

We have rights and they need to be respected bc if they don’t resoect the easy ones, what do you think they do with the harder ones

I always find it funny bc you realize they are recording you all the time… what’s the difference

I know some don't like him, but he shows just how tyrant the police are. If they will treat you like this over a camera in a public place over a filming, just think how bad they are in other settings.

Covid is another example of when given the opportunity to do the right thing, most didn't.

I used to trust cops to a fault but not anymore. If shite really hit the fan the majority would not be on our side.

If he's not breaking any law, how is it antagonist. He highlights how ignorant many LEOs are, indeed the public in general. He does good work.

If I keep saying I'm not touching you while keeping my finger half an inch from your face how could you say i am annoying? I'm not actually touching you.

Yea but that’s not the law. He challenges policy versus law to prove his point. Public spaces have been ruled over and over as places where you can record what you can see. It’s not his duty to provide privacy

Those cops showed remarkable restraint. Sean is a piece of shite and needs and arse whipping in the worst way.

He said it was policy… the LA Supreme Court order (that was handed to him, in two different forms) says this:

quote:

“Except as herein provided a judge shall prohibit broadcasting, televising, recording, or taking photographs in the courtroom and areas immediately adjacent thereto during sessions of court or recesses between sessions.”

Unless there weren’t any court sessions that day, it sounds like he shouldn’t have been trying to stir things up.
