I worked at both stations (not on air) for about a year and a half each before I moved out of Louisiana. I'd have to say there really wasn't anyone that I didn't get along with. All of the on air people really don't have that stereotypical prima donna personality that you see in the movies. They're all really chill people unless you're on the wrong end of an investigative report or a political figure.
Funny story about the first time I met George Sells. I was filling in working the teleprompter at WAFB one night (I usually worked the morning show). The way the studio was set up at the time was the prompter operating area was behind the weather wall, and behind that was a door to the break room. We were in the middle of a show and George Sells comes running in with a cup of coffee, trips, and spills it down my back mid script. I was able to keep the prompter going, but when we got into weather George gave me his undershirt (which he had just put on 5 min ago so it wasn't dirty yet) and got my shirt dry cleaned. And that's how I met WAFB's (at the time) lead anchor.
