Anyone know any of the WBRZ/WAFB/WGMB guys and girls?
It seems like a larger number of the dudes are gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Just never realized.
Anyone have any good stories of the women?
What are the baws like?
I remember hearing about John Mahaffey pounding the brewskies back in the day. I'm betting that guy could party.

Cauble is pretty cool so is Merriweather. Ive heard mixed reviews about Doucet.

I actually recommended Cauble to replace me when I worked for WBRZ back in 1998. He was a semester behind me in school and I had a grunt work minimum wage job running the teleprompter and was a part time camera operator. I left Louisiana after graduation and Cauble worked his way up from the bottom.

I played little league baseball with Graham Ulkins so I'm Facebook friends with him. He's definitely gay. I'm pretty sure the fat black guy on WAFB is as well but I could be wrong.

I used to see Mahaffey at Southdowns and Fairway View all the time. I wouldn't say he partied, he mostly just sat at the bar and drank a lot of beer. btw, he seemed like a nice guy.
