Just know that they are very low maintenance and are extremely easy to take care of.
Their personalities are very different from dogs, and to a lot of people are way more entertaining as pets. As a person that has had dogs and cats and worked at a vets office with both, cats are cool as hell and, unless youve had one, are generally put aside by people (males) as a waste of a pet.
