I'm just glad I made travel plans months ago so that I will have a rental car.
I still have a hotel reservation in BR that I need to cancel. A friend had offered her guesthouse to me long ago but I wanted to wait to cancel just in case. Now she has people from the flood staying there but is still offering her guestroom up.

Will do. I think we will be good though. They got all the heavy fabric stuff out the trailer last weekend thanks to help from family. They are still just sorting through stuff that can be salvaged. I'm gonna help them with that and help them sort out stuff they have stuck in storage so far. They are massive pack rats and I'm gonna use this as an opportunity for them to purge stuff from the storage unit that they really don't need. Considering how much stuff big stuff they lost in the flood(beds,furniture, appliances, etc)...it should make it fairly easy to load up a uhaul whenever we do move them to AZ.

You need a hotel to stay at? I know hotels are still booked up in BR. I haven't cancelled my reservation yet. Don't know if they will do this but I could give them a name of someone that needs the reservation and make sure they call right after I call to cancel.
