Soft.
BR forecast is 1-2 inches of rain, for the whole day. Winds 15mph or so.
People love to panic and overreact to the weather.

They don’t do anything now in school. Always closed for something. They need to go year around with as much as they close now.

I've taken off from an airport in worse weather, including when there is a clear storm line that's green with rotation heading towards the airport. This is such bullshite.
Generally, the weather that is hitting South of I-10 in LA is the same as the weather that rolls through Houston the day before. Everyone went to work, and to school, yesterday and today.

Kids got it prettay good these days. Schools close when the wind blows, internet for learning, video games so realistic you can escape reality, and parents that never punish harshly

this should be a SELA title not BR specific

A bunch of pussies. I remember when it was just another day with some bad weather. Recess was not changed. You had to gun under an area in the commons area that was covered and everyone was packed together. No dudes brought umbrellas because you would get picked on.

To “GUN” to the commons doing wheelies?????

Louisiana has to top the country in finding reasons to close down school.

So all the Northeast and Midwest schools don’t close down for weeks at a time during blizzards and Super Snow Storms?

No they don’t. Depending on how much snow they would close for two days max. They are prepared for snow up there.
