Oh, and I copied the whole OP so it's still available when my email at Troop I is read. If you find out who your prosecutor is, I'll send them an email as well.

Lol, why the need to do that? You have no personal investment in my life, wait I know, you just want to see me squirm? Your life not cutting it enough for you so you have to see another person life getting pissed on.

Oh well, more power to you. Hope you came away with happiness in your life because frankly who gives a damn what you do or not do.

I send them letters, or I used to. I finally just quit speeding.

A letter will do. Just not as long as your original post. That might piss 'em off.

Thanks Captain Obvious.

So no need for a radar gun or proof? If the cops says it then it must be true?

99% of judges will believe the cop over the defendant if there's no other evidence. And yes people go to prison all the time based solely on testimony.

Actually, I don't give a shite about you personally. I give a shite about people who knowingly break the law and try to find a way out of it. You don't have any defense other than "I didn't break the law that much." You still refuse to acknowledge that you are guilty, and you won't just accept your mistake.

Instead, you come up with cockamamie theories about how to avoid responsibility for your knowing, illegal act. That shite's annoying.

And, what I do is on me. It took me 30 seconds to give the police all the evidence they need to convict an admitted law-breaker who is looking for technicalities. I'm okay with that minimal intrusion on my life.

Wow Hammertime, that's badass. I've never won a speeding ticket trial. Rape, sure, but never a speeding.

wait, i changed my mind. your should go fight the ticket. It's a matter of principle, and justice. Fight the power, Bro! With the volume of tickets written in St. Landry, along with the number of broke-dicks in the Parish looking for additional time to pay, i can only imagine the 10 ring circus ticket day is. Shouldn't take you more than 6-7 hours.

It's not obvious based on your previous posts. He was trying to help you. Serious question. How old are you?

By the way, is your driving record clean right now? I've had friends get turned down for negotiation because they had a ticket already on the record or had asked for a recent reduction in the same jurisdiction.

If you didn't give shite about me personally then why report it?

I never said I wasn't speeding. I just thought I would get it off on technicality because then again who wouldn't get it off without paying a fine. That's what i was wondering and asked for your perspective.

Excuse my cockamamie theories, I have a BS in Biology and I know lot about physics. I know how they work and what not. Sorry if that annoyed you.

You are one of the reasons why world today is full with assholes.

If you knew so much about laser, you wouldn't be calling it radar.

Anyways, I'd try to fight it just on the grounds that several info was filled out incorrectly.

SO so so sorry for my grammatical error. I didn't realize we were taking English exam before I typed that. Please forgive me.

I promise you I would have a much different attitude if you had admitted your fault and asked for help. Instead, you want to use your college knowledge of biology and physics (which I have as well) to show you're smarter than the cop who caught you doing something illegal.

You're wrong.

That's what I did! I admitted I was speeding but not what he put down on my ticket. If it was 76 instead of 80. I would have got it knocked down with no problem but he put 80 on it which is right at the grey area. To high to knock down but close to knock down.

All I was trying was to see if I could get it thrown out because of what occurred at that point. At no means I wanted to use my knowledge to try and sneak my way out. I just wanted what was fair. If he could have put 76 like what I was at the apex. I would have gladly took the ticket.

Too fast to knock down but not low enough to get non moving violation with lower fines. It's at the point where its either pay up and raise your insurance or go to court and hope for the best.
