Let's talk car audio systems... Update pg. 6

I haven't had a system installed in a vehicle in 18 years. I thought I grew out of it...
Now I'm staring down the barrel about to turn 40 and in a slight mid life crisis moment I popped on a 1993 bone stock Cadillac Sedan Deville "barn find". 70,000 original miles. It was a lady I work with grandparent's car that sat in a garage since 2014. New battery, new tires, cleaned the fuel tank, changed the oil and a few other maintenance procedures and she's running like she should.
Which brings me to the point of the thread. This thing needs a system.
How I got it...
After new tires, maintenance, wash and wax...
So, what's changed in the audio system game? I know touch screens are big, but I kind of want to stay old school with a CD deck with USB. Seems like Rockford Fosgate, JL Audio and Kicker are no longer the big dogs in the speaker game. I called a few audio shops and Cerwin Vega speakers have been recommended twice. I've heard of them, but I do not know much about them as far a quality vs. price, etc.
Who makes good amps?
What would you put in this beast? It will take 6.5's in the front doors, and has factory 6x9's across the back dash. I'm thinking 2 12's in the trunk...
Let's discuss...

First things first, playa. You gots ta drop some 20s and tint dem windows homie.
Then you need to put 4 15's where you don't see the wires so you can really hear the boom from the amplifiers .

Long horns on the hood.

My next tinkering will be skar audio subs and Hertz components.
You don't need two 12s. It is astonishing what a single sub can do these days.

It goes in for tint in the morning, and that guy is going to give me an audio estimate once he has his hands on it.
Gold spokes would look good, but I'm going to keep it factory. I had a jeep back in the day and it started driving like shite once I started messing with the wheel and tire size. I'm not doing that again.

That is going to happen. I have a few longhorn skulls laying around. My step dad is tinkering with a way to mount the horns with a soft fabric backing so it won't scratch the body. Removable would be nice too. Put them on to stunt taking my wife to a wedding or something, but not to pick up the kids at school.

IDK about audio systems, but the 4.9L V8 in those is pretty stout. Cadillac had worked out all of the problems from the earlier 4.1L, and of course increased its displacement considerably. They also went from TBI to port injection for the 4.9L. Stock power and torque figures are similar to a Ford 5.0HO motor.
Interestingly, these engines have iron heads on an aluminum block, which seems backwards.
Of course, in typical GM fashion, they perfected this "HT" engine family only to kill it and replace it with the Northstar... which people have mixed opinions of.
You'll want to run premium gas.

Those have been recommended as well.

I'm thinking the same. I don't want to rattle it to death, just a modest good sounding system.

I found that out researching it before purchase. It has a very desirable engine.
