Oh for fricks sake.

Moral high ground my arse. She’s an attention whore just like the douchebag George Santos and many others OF ALL POLITICAL PARTIES (less I get a label of either side) in congress.

High school dropout who worked at McDonalds and got her GED a month before her election. She has no business being in a position to govern the populace yet gets elected because she’s reasonably attractive and someone gave her a checklist of bomb throwing innuendos that gets votes from the uninformed/uneducated wannabes.

Apparently you are her target audience.

Do your research and dig deep into the issues and form an argument with some insight and intelligence on all of the topics and then make a statement. Educate yourself before typing stupid talking points.

If that woman is your definition of “moral high ground “ then I don’t have a lot of hope.

There are more people around me in a business’ bathroom. That doesn’t make releasing pictures of me inside legal.

Who doesn’t love when the ole lady gives the junk a nice “honk”? He gave her a “honk” back.

That’s why we are called “honkies”, right?

You think businesses haven’t released pictures from their bathrooms before? Legally?

As long as they’re not showing nudity, this isn’t the issue you think it is.

And also apples and oranges in this case given she was in a very open, public, space.

ETA: We literally just had one released this week from a local high school bathroom where a staff member fought with a student.

WDRB article with video

Do tell, what law in the state of Colorado did they break by releasing the video?

In Colorado, privacy rules make it illegal to record someone without their permission in cases where the subject has a reasonable expectation of privacy.

I'd argue it does.

There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in a theater with a show going on. She wasn’t in the bathroom. Or in her own private residence.

I'd argue it does.

And it wouldn’t be taken very seriously. Society as a whole doesn’t have the expectation that sitting in a theater during a public show as an expectation of privacy. You’re not going to find a court anywhere that supports that.

This is beyond absurd. It’s foolish to believe any theater in the state of Colorado doesn’t have ridiculous amounts of security cameras after the 2012 Aurora mass shooting. Which makes her behavior seem even more low IQ knowing that this is the case.

That’s acceptable behavior at most NBA venues.
