Craftsman 21" self-propelled mulching mower.

All you need. Take reasonable care of it and it will last for years. Take good care of it and it will last as long as you want to keep it.

We had 2-3 Craftsman mowers growing up. My dad insisted on buying them because my grandma worked for Sears. Each one crapped out after a year or two, and he would spend a bunch of money to get it working again.

I bought a Craftsman with a Honda motor in 2012. The motor runs great, but everything else on it has been falling apart in the past year. Sears Parts Direct was a pain in the butt to work with too.

I like toro's zero turns.

Just got the toro self propelled since I can't get a riding lawn mower around the new deck and Gardens. I like it but it's hard to give a good rating on something I haven't had experience with in some time.

I lost my Snapper in the flood. Replaced it with a Husky AWD with the Honda engine.

I've read a lot of reviews. To be honest, I've read a lot of negative reviews about "the design" from a lot of pissed off folks. I also read a lot of good things about it too.....so I'm almost afraid to take it out of the box. I used my son in laws husky with the honda engine and it worked just fine. Hoping this one with AWD is just as good if not better.

Do you have one of these?

With a small yard, any mower will last many years if you keep it out the rain, do NOT put gas with ethanol in it and add some Sta-bil additive to your gas can. In this environment, a Briggs engine will let just as long as the Honda and cost much less.

Not sure what model i have, but i am team Honda. When mowing a remove the bag attachment and it doesn't seem to matter. Don't like dumping it several times during. Bag attachment i will use for leaves if i dont feel like raking. Sucks them all up with litte effort.

I bought a Husqvarna model that had the honda motor on it. You essentially get a Honda mower for about 150-200 bucks less. Its been great for the past year Ive had it.

My Honda push mower spent 2 days under 3ft of water recently. Changed oil and gas and cranked right up and has been running fine since.
