I mean... it's just a minor incursion.

Sucks for them. It is of no benefit to the US to spend billions and waste American lives to protect shithole Ukraine from Russia.

We’ve now arrived at what the result was always going to be.

Zelensky is expected to address Ukraine later tonight. It's nearly 1:30 AM right now in Kyiv. Rumor has it he's going to call for full military mobilization.

What happens when he starts to flood the Baltic states with Russian forces and provokes the next round of conquests?

NATO Article V kicks in, and we go to war.

No. See above. But Putin is not stupid enough to pick a war with NATO or invade a NATO country Russia cannot beat NATO in a military conflict.

As long as U.S. Forces are not involved, who cares. I feel like shite like this was said in 1939 as well.

It was. And we did stay out of it until Japan stupidly made their fatal mistake of attacking us.

We likely never get into that war if we weren’t attacked

Except that it did. Reagan sold guns to Iran and to pay for the contras. They violated the Boland act

False.

German U-Boats were beginning to sink U.S. merchant shipping similar to what they were doing in 1917 when we declared war on them in the First World War. Eventually we would have used that as an impetus for declaring war on Germany.

Haven't multiple Russian military leaders come out and said a full invasion of Ukraine would be a mistake?

There cannot and will not ever be a war between 2 nuclear powers. If so then everyone dies, and that is in no one’s best interest.

Weren't you the one just yesterday posting about ban bets saying there's no way in hell Russia would ever invade?

Go away, now. Grownups are talking.
