Off by 12-14 days bump. When I saw the forcast for next week I immediately thought of this thread. Despite being off by almost two weeks, I'm still pretty impressed by the predicted severity of the cold weather.

I'm inclined to cut him a break. He put himself out there and even had to endure a "fail bump" so he gets credit for a correct prediction, even if it is a touch late.

I think you're missing my point.
He didn't "predict" anything - he simply relayed what the forecast models were saying.

He predicted ALL records would get broken. Not some. All.
I'd like to see if ALL records are broken. I'm assuming he's speaking globally.
