Right around 6 years ago, was in transitional housing between units on my way to the Walls for my parole release when some young wanna be thug tried to make me give up my lunch tray and I put him on his arse.

Was at a casino with my SO going down the elevator when she came at me so I knocked her the frick out. I tried to help her up but she was still unconscious.

Why does he need to pay a shrink to call him a degenerate? Sounds like what he needed was an arse whooping. That kind of behavior is best deterred by fear of being raped up the arse by some big ole boys in prison. Plant some narcotics in his car and alert the cops. Problem solved

Growing up in high school I was one of those douches that thought fighting was cool. I ran up an impressive record bc I only fought kids that were obvious wins. For the big guys, I always got out of fighting without looking like a bitch somehow.
Well in this small area, I gained a reputation for being an arse kicker even though I knew I was a fraud.
I did get my teeth knocked out in one fight but it was a 2 on 1 deal so it didn't hurt my rep.
Years go by and I get into it with a young 20 something year old kid. I was around 30. I was confident and landed a nice shot to the jaw. The kid proceeds to get me in a headlock. My friend was telling everybody to back up and let us fight it out. I was praying someone would stop it bc I was done after the first swing. Kid was about to start fricking my world up and by the grace of God, the bouncers came out and broke it up.
Never again will I willingly get in a fist fight.

1st thing my dad taught me about taking up for myself and fighting was, if in a confrontation where a fight is obvious ALWAYS throw the first punch. Try and end it with that first punch because 90% of the time the person who throws the first punch wins. If that punch was hard and on the money.

When I got out of SEAL training 8 guys jumped me while I was protecting my girlfriend. I beat all of them to a pulp in less than a minute or 2. I got in many fights in hand to hand combat on police force combatting drug dealers. My old lady dumped me though for being a compulsive liar.
