No, I want an answer where you are actually stating your opinion in a non-sarcastic fashion, and you're not answering with what you think my thoughts on your answer would be. Either:
A) New Orleans is a perfect city and I honestly believe that because _______________.
or
B) One problem New Orleans needs to deal with is _______________.

I'm not playing a game. I just wanted to prove how impossible it was for you to answer that question because your homerism is so entrenched in your mind that you just can't do it, or worse, can't see it.
