Oh, if this was a lake in my personal property then yeah, I would have gotten out there and dug a hole and buried the damn thing. However, My rent includes having a maintenance and groundskeeping service. I'm not going to pay someone and then do the work myself.
However, a huge problem is that I call, this falls in their jurisdiction, and they did nothing. That dog was floating for everyone to see for 11 days. And this hasn't the first time that they don't clean the complex or perform task residents ask them to do. Again, I've had my ac go out numerous times during the summer, and the problem is never fixed. They get around to it when they get around to it. To add to it though, how morbid is it that the pulled the dog out of one end of the lake, put it in a trash bag, and threw in the other end of the lake to where potential residents can't see but tenants in the back can. Did it never cross their mind that people don't want to see that? And I'm pretty positive this decision came from a manager. If I was matienance and was told I had to drag the dog out of the lake just to throw it back in somewhere else, I'd be pissed.

Rock that shite man. I'm sure secretly people judge me when the walk by, but people never compliment me when I wear a normal sweater. When I wear that one, people come tell me how much they like it and ask where I got it from. Now, they could be fricking with me, but I like to thing positively in this scenario.

Sounds as bad as TONTI is in NOLA.

Why are you staying there if management is not giving you the services you are paying for?
I'd suggest moving.

Probably staying because dead animal carcasses aren't a legal reason to break a lease AFAIK. Should be since the company left a health hazard in the lake because they didn't want to deal with it.

If I could get out of my lease, at this point I would. However, I don't currently have the money to pay extra to break my lease, then turn around and pay someone else a deposit.

The time it took you to bitch, moan and complain is a symptom of the feminization of men in our society. Good job on wasting a news cycle on a trivial issue in the big picture of life.

Nothing better than people bitching about other people bitching.

Well they came and picked up the animal on Thursday at lunch soooo....if you are the one who picked up the animal and didn't bury it until Friday, I don't think I want to see it.
