Obviously you haven't priced 5 bedroom/6 bath homes on Lake Travis. The lot alone is worth $1M. It is over 5K square feet.
It has a media room, a negative edge pool, 4 car garage, a small garage on the back side of the house for boat and lake stuff, formal dining room, breakfast area, living area with vaulted ceiling and more. They have their own dock.
It's quite the house. Has been on and off the market because of the condition of the lake.
