Definitely a minority statement considering the Louisiana License plates seen on Hwy 98. Been here for a while and have never been to Duck Duck but I can imagine the piss overflow would have been a disaster at any establishment when many people party.

Sorry but refuse to fix what? The video clearly shows a crosswalk. Was your sister hit on the sidewalk or while she was crossing the street? Not trying to be an arse but it's a person's responsibility to look both ways before crossing a street...especially at 3 AM. It's pretty easy to spot an oncoming vehicle that late at night, assuming it was the only thing with headlights driving down the street that late.

That or Fort Morgan. Away from the large crowds in Gulf Shores and Foley, and still pristine beach property. The only part that sucks is getting to it.

Tragic event. Your sister failed to use the cross walk intersection properly, as per the Sheriff of Destin. Sorry for your loss, it really is a tragic event, but I think this could have been avoided and it is not a cross walks fault.

the problem is the bridge coming down right at the entrance to the resort. We're there several times a year.. it's a problem.

I live 6 miles away and avoid the area at all costs. I will even drive through Niceville and cross the Mid Bay bridge if I go golf or whatever.
