It's well known that LA is bad but hey at least we aren't the worst. Although we probably should be consider who is #1.

Texas - 12
Oklahoma - 8
Arkansas - 9
Mississippi - 4

One of my professors with a background in public health at LSU said that this had a lot to do with incarcerarion rates and the revolving door prison system. Considering the rate at which people are imprissoned and released in this state, this isn't shocking.
