Supposedly she went to the can and the followed her in, tied her up and took all of her jewlery, $10,000,000 worth. I don't know if bodyguards follow the people the protecting into the bathroom. Also they were dressed as cops, so maybe her bodyguards thought she would be safe? Anyway, whoever did it was some sneaky fellas.
