yep. it sure was. but, if you look at the video closely, you will notice that he "pushes" his toe forward/down when he kicks the kid. so, i'm pretty sure that he was trying to kick him out of the way. very ballsy. could've been a disaster.

I think any male that takes a selfie needs to be kicked in the head. Likewise for the inventor of the word selfie.

Uhh..no. The kid wasn't standing on the tracks, nor was he "in the way" of the train. The conductor simply wanted to kick that kid in the head, and I think the resulting gif is hilarious.

once again...watch the foot of the conductor and you will notice that he moves his toe "forward" when kicking. this means he was trying to kick the kid away from the track. he obviously missed.

The conductor sees a guy a foot or two off of the tracks with his back to the tracks. Who knows if he is drunk or stoned. I'm sure he was laying on the horn and the guy wasn't budging. He moved him out the way so he doesn't have rolling over a guy on his conscious for the rest of his life

It's pretty clear to me that the victim was trying to look all edgy and dangerous by snapping his gay-arse selfie so close to a moving train.

Like I said before, if you're standing close enough for someone on the train to hang their foot off and hit you in the head, you deserve what you get.

He's about to get paid big time. Not only is it negligence on the engineer, it was also deliberate.
Kid is dumb as frick for being there, but you still can't kick him in the fricking head like an animal. It could have resulted in so many negative results, not to mention pulling the engineer off of the train and/or breaking his leg.
I'm sure the guy is required to wear steel toes..ouch
