You didn't barely get in. If you have a 3.0 and a 22 on your ACT (numbers a monkey can achieve) you get automatically accepted.

Big difference here is ULL requires the 23 ACT score OR a 2.5 GPA.
LSU requires the 22 ACT AND a 3.0 GPA.

the smaller schools in LA offer some really good deals...
my daughter wishes that she'd started at SLU...coming in as a transfer she got the full out of state waiver and $500- a semester...
she was admitted to LSU, but all they wanted to do for her was a Bengal Legacy (which doesn't exist anymore)

Guess that means City Bar and Nitetown will start getting hit by fire marshalls for being too crowded now. Lafayette is too damn small to be big, and too damn big to be small. Glad I shot out from there!
