2. Calling is Cypress is generous. It might as well be Houston ISD with the school being 10% white kids.
3. Don't know why this is news. It is likely a weekly thing at that shitty school. Some student got shot up outside the school a year or so ago.

Also those kids are probably proud of the fight now anyways by it being on the news. I don't think giving a high school fight media attention is the best thing to deter the behavior.

In both cases, I think it has more to do with not having any guidance growing up or any experience with non-violent conflict resolution.
The little "jig" the kid dances in the middle of the brawl is more evidence of how this behavior is celebrated and encouraged instead of frowned upon as it should be.
