Every single one of your arguments has been a deflection, strawman, or non sequitur. Why it's so hard to admit that McCartney is a popular figure, I don't know. Please show us on the doll where he touched you.
i never said he isn't popular overall. Those are words you put in my mouth that I never said.

I agree with that statement.

"The game did beat its chief competition —Activision’s “Guitar Hero 5” — by nearly a 2:1 margin in September."
"The less than stellar performance of “The Beatles: Rock Band” is tied, in part, to the ongoing woes of the music/dance genre. While September showed a 72 percent dollar sales increase over the 2008 numbers, the category as a whole is still down markedly year-over-year."
Does that refute the fact that it wasn't some widely bought game? It was bought by a niche market. One that doesn't represent the whole of young people. And do you have any numbers that suggest it was only bought by people under 25?

What exposure would most 25 and under people have to the Beatles?
you mean besides (and ill do the greater paul issue not the tangents like naming every member of the beatles, or how would a kid see the beatles):
growing up in homes that played them
the olympics
super bowl
the grammys
being presented an award by obama
featured in video games
major music festivals
his work with Dave Grohl
major tours
every boy band around being compared to the beatles
the michael jackson stuff
and thats without digging into the distant past....

However, I'm more shocked that people are so willing to expose themselves as idiots on social media rather than just conducting a quick internet search.
It is cool to be dumb in today's America.

Paul McCartney did that solo, not the Beatles with the obvious exception of "growing up in homes that played them ."

Bonaroo and Coachella, two major music festivals that cater to the under 25 crowd, chose McCartney to headline their events. The music at these festivals is representative of the music the 25 and under demographic appreciate, or at the very least is familiar with.

That has nothing to do with the whole premise of what I've been saying, but you're the same guy that thinks I said Paul McCartney isn't popular.

as its a thread about knowing mccartney, i figured that would suffice as an answer.

More people know who Kanye is now than people who know who Paul was at his most popular time.

You're actually trolling.

24 years old. Grew up listening to the Beatles and while I respect what they did. Paul needs to hang it up. The dude sounds terrible in his old age.
Say what? I saw him in NOLA a couple months back and he sounded pretty awesome. And he was clearly not lip syncing.
Dude sounds legit amazing for anybody, but especially considering he's fricking 72. Dude is a legit, true rock star. Best show I've seen.

Well let's just say half of the world knows who Kanye is, that is a BILLION people more than the entire population in 1960
I don't see how it could be an argument

Technically Paul never has been a solo act . So "them" is the correct term
