I did that for a Metals class..was strictly vocabulary and fill in the blank. We took it in a computer lab, and I would place it on the side of the keyboard. Teacher would walk near me, I'd slide the keyboard back under the desk.
Also helped that the keyboard was black, the slide tray was black, and my phone was black.

Well, the kid left his calculator on his desk after specifically being told to remove it and had a bright yellow piece of paper inside with the answers plainly written on it so I'm guessing he didn't turn down MIT because he wanted to stay closer to home or anything.

Gotta figure out what room your final is in, show up a few days early and right your cheat sheet on the back of the desk in front of where you are going to sit. Then show up early to make sure you get that seat. Now even if you get caught you have plausible deniability

Does checking someone else's answers count as cheating? Some problems take an entire page, and the actual work is worth 95% of the points. I do that shite all of the time. No way I could copy down all of the work though

I went to UNO and took classes where people BLATANTLY cheated and no fricks were given on the part of the professor. 
And people would report it and the professor wouldn't do anything.
