Why was the cop pulling into the left lane unless he was passing a vehicle ? This is bullshite by cops. I bet this cop was a white dude ?

Had the exact thing happen going home on I-10 to Houston my Freshman year.

Who passes a cop on the right on the interstate? I mean seriously I'd be paying attention and slow down. I can count the number of times probably on one hand the number of times I've passed a cop, and I'm damn sure not speeding when I do.
