340 new lawyers? Way too many for a state the size of Louisiana.

How many times can people take the bar until they finally pass?

Also, what is an acceptable pass/fail rate for a school to promote without being mocked?

You don't go to Tulane for the education as much as you go for the connections. You can get a better education for cheaper tuition as evidenced by these results. You go to Tulane for the connections after school.

Southern also had the highest percentage of test takers who were taking it again, so that's really not good.

Congrats to the one Tulane baw who was taking it again (I'm thinking those numbers show a pass but I'm not an engineer)

we have a sitting judge who graduated in may 1994 and was admitted in October 1995. july 94, jan 95, july 95, if he sat for all exams until he passed.

his brother, the term limited senator, graduated 1987 and was admitted in April 98.
