If you want to get away to a lovely part of the world, get paid for working there, and maybe even miss heat and humidity in summer, getting a job at Mount LeConte Lodge in the Smokies might be the best summer you'll ever work through.

Can you provide any pictures of the local talent that works there for the after hours?

We've got thousands of seasonal jobs, great experience for college people.

Really hard to find employees. Our reservation office starts off at $22/hour answering the phone, can't get applicants and its full time, benefitted year around.

I’d consider it, if the commute from Baton Rouge wasn’t so far.

I’ve always wanted to spend a summer cleaning out shite houses. This is my chance. And for only 75% less than I make now? Too good to be true.

I hiked up there and stayed two nights a few years ago. Great experience. If I remember, they haul everything up there on Llamas.

Fuuuuuck that.

I saw backup wrangler and thought "like in Yellowstone? Cool".

Then I noticed the llama part.

I agree with you.
