What will be the reasoning for people not getting it once fda clears it? That was one of the reasons why people didn’t get it.

Most of the unvaccinated people I talk to (myself included) are lukewarm on the vaccine itself. The principle of who gets to decide what ultimately gets injected in one's body is the real issue.

they’ve had COVID already and have the antibodies.
they have a underlying health condition and their doctor has advised them against the vaccine.
they are under the age of 12
they are illegal immigrants.
regardless, it’s not really anyone’s business but theirs. they’ve had 9+ months to get it, have weighed the risks, and decided against it.

I don’t think the reasoning matters. If a person does not wish to receive the vaccine then that is there God Given right. I don’t feel that anyone should have to supply any reasoning at all.
I am vaccinated and think everyone should get the jab but that is a choice, frick mandating it!

I’m 100% pro vaccine (in consultation with one’s doctor). But I’m 100% anti mandate. Never will I be willing to give such power to a government official.

That I'm young, healthy, and it is unnecessary. Same reason I apply to not getting the flu shot.
You can also make the arguement that it still is very new and young healthy people can afford to wait years to see if any long term consequences arise then.
Government overreach is another argument.

Will the legal liability for adverse effects be removed from either Louisiana or the Manufacturers?

The frickers are undermining the damn vaccine with mask mandate and they don't even give a shite because they know that people will just give in to the mandates....once the vaccine is mandated people will just take it.
