I really miss making milkshakes with that flavor.

Same here. I used to eat ice cream occasionally (and I'm Lactose intolerant, though Lactaid does a decent job). And I primarily just ate vanilla - never was into many other flavors. One day they replaced Blue Bell with Mayfield's at Winn Dixie, and they had a two for one sale. I picked up vanilla (which I primarily use for chocolate shakes), and grabbed a half gallon of Butter Pecan just because it was 2 for 1. In the many months that followed, I have been eating ice cream at least 4-5 nights/week. Butter Pecan with hot Butterscotch topping is just divine and I can't stop eating it.

Do you know there is a scientific reason why you crave sweets now that you have quit drinking?

I have been on a fudge sickle kick for that last year. Ever since I became ill it just seems to sooth me. Eat one every night after dinner.

Seems like seeing, what looks like 'fudge sickles' floating around in your shitter bag would turn you off from wanting to eat them....

I can tell you how to stop real quick: compare your clorestoral levels before and after your ice cream binging spree. When you realize that your level shot up 50 points in just a couple weeks, up to full-fledged artery-clogging levels, then you will have a moment of clarity and quit cold turkey.

Cherry Garcia is second on my all-time list, behind Neapolitan Dynamite.

That's an easy one. Alcohol is loaded with sugar. Your body still wants that sugar.

Cherry Garcia is the shite. I'll stick to my whiskey, though.
