We discussed this one in the pt 1 version of this thread yesterday. In that video they demonstrate it. Apparently it isn't a normal series though. It's a Ramunajan series or whatever that means.

Not true, I work with kids in groups this size everyday and their birthdays are always recognized. Rarely are there ever two on the same day.

it's not that everyday would have a pair - it's saying there would be a 99% chance of a one pair in the group.
