You never get your whole deposit back
We busted arse cleaning the place top to bottom and getting the yard done as well. So we will see. We lived there 3 and a half years.

Well I have been hit or miss on getting good deposits back also. I lived in my last rental almost 4 years and said to myself I ain't doing hardly shite this time. I wiped the counters and vacuumed the floors. Got full deposit back only reason was the house was bought buy a property management group they had no clue what it looked like when I got it. Chi Ching
