How many baws bought Yeti coolers for that sticker and status when a Coleman would do just as well.

Consumerism, same thing.

You're not hip enough, pretty enough, or socially acceptable unless you buy these products

Create insecurity, prey upon it. No wonder Americans are anxiety ridden, depressed and in debt.

I like it. Only $15 a month. Decent quality products. Nice variety between skin products and makeup imo. Also...every box comes with a $5 coupon you can use online for Macy's beauty items(with free shipping).

This month for December...there was a full sized shower foam and the coupon was $10 off.

And they don't send crazy colors. I got a lipstick that was a basic red. Some great eyeliner in black. Hate when I get these crazy colors in those boxes. I'm 40...I ain't wearing no hot pink lipstick unless it's an 80s theme party

It's comical. Men telling me why I wear makeup.

Have you ever offered motivations for men's actions?

Be careful now...

Do they have options where you can set it to your preferences? Hypoallergenic and the like?

Can't blame you for that. I feel similarly.... about me.

Just call them all the same

I don't think so. I think everyone gets the same thing.

Gotcha. May still be worth checking out at just $15. Even if I just get one thing out of it.

I regularly give my office aides at work my Clinique samples I can’t use.

I don’t wear makeup as often as I do wear makeup, and neither bothers me. The tails of my eyebrows are shaved off and at least 3 days every week I don’t even bother filling them in, and I own more makeup than most people. I wear makeup because I’m good at it, and the routine of it is very soothing to me. I find solace in the control that I have with the brushes. If men don’t like that, the hell with them, it makes me happy. If women don’t like that, too bad for them too. I live my life for me, and me alone.

That self-confidence is very lovely.

I will never try contouring...shite looks way too complicated.

And I need to look at more videos for eye makeup(eyeshadow) tips. Cause I know there are so many looks I could try with the palettes I have that I just don't know the technique.

But yeah...it calms me in the morning to sit in front of my vanity table and apply makeup.

I enjoy applying my makeup and like I said, it makes me happy. I don’t see anything wrong with doing something that I like and I certainly don’t do it out insecurities or lacking of self confidence.

Do you follow Tati Westbrook?

ETA: the way we interact with one another in here really nullifies that argument about women judging other women that these guys keep bringing up. We don’t know one another and we compliment one another all damn day.

Weird question...

I would assume that's nearest the temple? What would the other end be called? Nose? Head? Bridge?

It’s a washout with the a-holes in the threads.

I’m all about lifting other women up and I never give a compliment that wasn’t sincere.

That’s said, I think you’re pretty <3
