I'm looking for a guy that died sometime between 2001 and 2004. I know his race, approx age, and that he likely lived in the Baton Rouge area.

can't say I would have any idea how to get that info...the state police surely have that list, but I doubt that they will just hand you a copy if you ask...

Have you tried looking up the person's obituary? Might help give you some info. My 22 year old son died in a single vehicle accident in 2003; he lived in Baton Rouge.
