we pay about $700 a month for daycare for my 6 month old.

I'm always interested in what people are paying for daycare in different areas.

We live just outside of Atlanta. Was paying $1,850/month (1.5 year old and 3.5 year old). This was a negotiated rate we had with the owner. The original cost was going to be $2,100/month. Just had twins 6 months ago, and the cost was too high to send all 4 to daycare, so the wife stays home now. Cost I was quoted was $5,200/month for all 4. The $5,200/month was at a different daycare. We just moved to a nicer part of town with better schools for my oldest son. My brother in-law lives in South Georgia and pays $300/month per child. It's amazing to see the difference in costs. What's everyone else paying?

We pay $250/week for our son, and it will be $500/week when the next one starts. $12,500/$25,000 per year when you factor in vacation time.
