It's a progressive set, so you do 15 reps, 12, then 8 (no breaks). Go to the other leg, 15, 12, 8. Short break. Then back to the right leg, but go in reverse on the weight (8, 12, 15). Then you do the same on the left leg.

I don't know if we mean the same thing by one leg. It's a split squat. YouTube Body Beast split squat.

I gotcha. Busy day at work and was not paying close enough attention. I was impressed.

You should be able to gain lean mass with any sound strength training such as wendler or the cube method.

Not some silly p90x

If you want to lose fat X3 or T-25 will get the job done.

But Body Beast sheds fat too. It gives you better definition too.

For Body Beast you need dumbells and a stability ball at the very least.

It's wise to get an EZ Bar curl with weights.

I use the EZ Bar Curl, dumbells, and a stability ball (sometimes a chair).

I'm going to get a bench soon.

If you need a no frills bench let me suggest Walmart. I bought this CAP flat bench for only $40 and it arrived in three days with free shipping. I bought all of my CAP kettlebells there too, they have great prices with the same shipping terms.

Yeah, but for Body Beast you need a bench that does incline, decline, and flat positions.

I use a stability ball right now. It's pretty limiting.

It's a great routine and if you have the equipment I think it's a solid program.

If you don't have equipment you can do calisthenics.
