30 mg is A LOT for your first time. 
After about 2 weeks you get used to it. No more buzz. It definitely keeps your focus up though.

I used to take a 30 mg xr. Drink a rockstar at the house. Drive to campus smoking a cigarette. Smoke a cigaretteon the walk to class Get another rockstar around 10 am with a container of sushi. Smoke a cigarette between each class. And then grab a 6 shot espresso and a few cigarettes before my last class.

ever since I quit blow. 7-8 cups of coffee and 60 mg of adderall a day seems to do the trick
