Is it ok to drink coffee on adderall?

Just got prescribed Adderall and I took 30 mg this morning. Is it ok to drink a little bit of coffee? I currently feel fine, not tired or anything. I just like to sip on coffee at work.

Like how am I supposed to study when it feels like my dick is shrinking into my body? It does more harm than good.
