Now, now, let's not be too judgmental here.

shite getting bad. The BR coroner is asking for more funding to handle the overdoses. The AP And LP are seeing a big ole spike too.

The prescription opiates are consistent and easy to gauge a dose. Not so with the heroin. There's been a few threads here about it from more in-the-know folks.

I have a friend that is a Fed narc agent. He said you would be amazed at the amount of middle to upper class white women using the stuff. Some end up high as a kite in some sketchy heroin houses.

I know, well knew, a woman like this who OD'ed and died last month. She had 3 kids...that shite is bad news!

It's funny that people are nonchalant about prescription pill use, but think heroin is so much worse. It's the same shite and does the same shite to your body.

That's BS. I have friends that were hooked on pain pills for YEARS and you would never know it. They always had good jobs, were responsible, were clean etc.. Once they switched to heroin within a few months anyone could take one look at them and tell they were lowlife dirty junkies.

Dixie, Google it if you don't know. That's exactly what has happened. DEA cracks down on pain clinics and pharmacy controls(interstate databases, policies, etc). Makes the illicit shite cheaper. Been happening for few years now

Its getting bad here but its about to get REALLY bad in the next 12 months. All of the doctors that are writing scripts are being forced out and its getting impossible for people to get Roxys, and when they do they only can get 120 a month down from 360. If heroin was traded as a stock I would put every penny I had into it.

No sympathy or empathy here. It's nobodies fault but the their own. Oh I got hurt and my doc gave me oxy, and I was too weak to flush the shite after I didn't need it. I was too weak to not get hooked. I was too weak. I was too weak. But I'm a blame the doctor, or the government, or the republicans, blah, blah, blah

Somewhat agree, but Oxycodone is highly addictive even if used as prescribed. You are likely to experience withdrawal symptoms after short term use if the dosage is not tapered off gradually. As for being "too weak", the pain of withdrawal can be worse than the pain the drug was originally prescribed for. Most do not even understand they are addicted, but just know that taking more pills makes the pain go away.

I remember when they stopped making the oc80 and made op80 that was very hard to sniff. That was a big deal at the time
